Appreciation…it’s the little thing that count.

WOW! Every day I wake up with a joy in my heart and say thank you for letting my feet hit the floor, my vision, and every little item of comfort i get to experience. Then as I am smiling throughout my day I can’t help but notice the amount of people who don’t (at least outwardly) seem to give a dam about how good they have it.

We as Americans and people of most progressive countries have it made and we don’t even know it. Think back to how humans live 100 years ago. The level of comfort was dismal compared to todays standards. Here is a list of daily items we take for granted.

1.) Heat…we don’t have to chop wood
2.) Food…we don’t have to hunt daily
3.) Water we don’t have to go to the well then boil our water
4.) Transportation….Just imagine if you had to ride a horse 30 miles every day.
5.) Hygiene….People use to die because of disease was so rampant from poor hygiene
6.) Education..Kid use to have to work the fields.
7.) Electricity…When the sun went down so did you.
8.) Information..Only select few were allowed to gain knowledge.
9.) Freedom…There was a time when you could be persecuted for any little difference. There was once a time when we could not be with the people we love, because our spouse was chosen for us.
10.) Comfort..I have found the poorest people in industrial nations have it easier (Greatly) than people in third world nations.

Appreciate what little you have to be thankful for, cause there is someone who wishes they were in your situation. If you have issue with depression, heartbreak, or some similar mental/emotional setback, remind yourself the truth about life. All of this is temporary, particularly when times seem rough. So tie a knot in the rope of your life and keep hanging till it gets better.

For some people it is hard to see the forest because those dam trees are blocking their vision. 99% of our life is temporary, having said that about time, why waist it concentrating on thing that are the filler in our daily lives.

Remember that test it was so important for you to pass in high school, nope you don’t. Remember that bill that you didn’t have enough money to pay for several months ago, nope.

Seriously, chose the good things to look forward to. I know it requires a retraining of your entire outlook, but it is worth it. Most of this we call life is temporary, 99.9 percent of it is temporary, so why worry about thing that are bound to change anyway.

Learn From Heavy D the Over Weight Lover in the House!

Recently the legendary Rapper and hip hop star Heavy D pass away or transitioned to the next level as I like to put it at the very young age of 44. That was a blow to many old school hip hop/rap music fans.

The Over Weight Lover Heavy D

Heavy D was a pioneer in many way, working in TV, Film and recording themes for shows such as MadTV and In Living Color. What I remember the most outside of his music was the fact that you never heard anything negative about him during his career. That is a big one in today’s culture where media figures thrive on controversay and negative information.

The Second and very important fact was that Heavy D was actually overweight. He actually flaunted the fact he was a plus size person, but because he was such a good person and an incredible dance you would  pay little attention to his size. Let me get this right. The name of the group that came to prominence was Heavy D and the boys. Heavy D seem to be a guy who enjoyed life, and was happy with who and what he represented. It just goes to show, if you love yourself, other will love you equally or more.

People watching and interaction

There is nothing greater than the return of a smile.  One method of being happy, is being comfortable with the people around you no matter where you are. Strike up a conversation with a stranger the next time you are in a checkout line.

Being intentionally nice to people has great benefits, they usually return your niceness.

Where does Self Esteem come forward from?

Confidence, Self Esteem, and happiness are all a part of self love.  It is one of those funny question as where does it come from, or how do you obtain it. The answer is simple. Self esteem comes from living and accomplishment. It is my belief we all start out with a zero point on the self esteem ladder. Some points we go positive some point we go negative. If there are too many factors (people) detracting from your self esteem, then Low Self esteem is the outcome.

Your experience is just that, YOURS. If you use things out of your control as a barometer for your existence them you will have a tough go at it. This is why we see superstars who are adored by the public with really messed up lives. They need the approval of other as a measure of their worth. The alternative are those Media stars who perform their acts as a matter of an expression of THEIR Individual passion.

Have you ever seen a baby in public with its family and it made you smile, or heard a song that put joy in your heart from a memory. How about relish in the joy from the accomplishment of a friend or family member.

It could some something so small the you may almost miss, but it elevates your spirit. That is what we have to focus our attention towards cause the small things add up to big Joy

Is it real

As humans we are the high vibrational creatures. Just because we are high in vibration does not mean low vibration will not have an effect on us. Constantly we are able to disregard positive things around us because of our ego, and self esteem issues.

We all have a powerful tool that is our brain. Sometimes we can illogically think our way away from prosperity and abundance because we don’t have all the fact. We can rationalize detrimental thing and situation just by the way we process information.

We can think ourselves into believing no one cares for us, our jobs are in jeopardy, our spouse is seeing someone else. Without having and tangible information to prove anything. Begin by living by the facts of what you can prove. I know it can be really difficult sometime, but feeling can be a strong influence. Sometimes your feeling are trying to tell you something but we read the feeling wrong. This is a part of the growth process. We were not given a manual how to navigate this life,so its on the job training. Take the time to meditate on the positive things and push your EGO aside so the truth will manifest.

Live Happy be Healthy

Time fools us all. Time moves so slowly to the point we barely notice changes around us. 1 minute,1 day, 1 week,1 month 1 year. There are a great many changes occurring every moment. The most subtly change is body composition.  If any person gains 1.5 pounds of fat from the age of 22 to 42 that is 30 extra pounds at the end of that period. The 1.5 pound number is a general average for the united states, for some it can be 2~3 pounds a year at any time. Many of us in this modern society don’t exert as much energy as generation prior due to technology. I know this rang true for me.

I started a job where I sat at a desk and talked on the phone for 6+ hours a day. the most walking I did was from my house to my garage to get into my car. Within three months I gained 8 pounds. If that weight gain would have been allowed to progress. There could have been a world of health problems down the road.

I know with Television shows such as The Biggest Loser people are starting to be more conscious about their weight health.

I love the people of this planet and care how you experience this life. It is difficult to do so if you are diabetic,or have heart problems due to weight. I can broach the subject, but you have to do the work. Start slow with moderate exercise to be healthier. Cause I care about you.
