Started the topic with a podcast to help sooth my soul. This is what happened.
There is nothing greater than the return of a smile. One method of being happy, is being comfortable with the people around you no matter where you are. Strike up a conversation with a stranger the next time you are in a checkout line.
Being intentionally nice to people has great benefits, they usually return your niceness.

Confidence, Self Esteem, and happiness are all a part of self love. It is one of those funny question as where does it come from, or how do you obtain it. The answer is simple. Self esteem comes from living and accomplishment. It is my belief we all start out with a zero point on the self esteem ladder. Some points we go positive some point we go negative. If there are too many factors (people) detracting from your self esteem, then Low Self esteem is the outcome.
Your experience is just that, YOURS. If you use things out of your control as a barometer for your existence them you will have a tough go at it. This is why we see superstars who are adored by the public with really messed up lives. They need the approval of other as a measure of their worth. The alternative are those Media stars who perform their acts as a matter of an expression of THEIR Individual passion.

Steve Jobs is the perfect example, no one could tell him of what his vision should be, the ultimate portrait of confidence.
At the end of the day, be easy, be content with you, be Happy, because you have the ability to be the perfect you on this planet.
As humans we are the high vibrational creatures. Just because we are high in vibration does not mean low vibration will not have an effect on us. Constantly we are able to disregard positive things around us because of our ego, and self esteem issues.
We all have a powerful tool that is our brain. Sometimes we can illogically think our way away from prosperity and abundance because we don’t have all the fact. We can rationalize detrimental thing and situation just by the way we process information.
We can think ourselves into believing no one cares for us, our jobs are in jeopardy, our spouse is seeing someone else. Without having and tangible information to prove anything. Begin by living by the facts of what you can prove. I know it can be really difficult sometime, but feeling can be a strong influence. Sometimes your feeling are trying to tell you something but we read the feeling wrong. This is a part of the growth process. We were not given a manual how to navigate this life,so its on the job training. Take the time to meditate on the positive things and push your EGO aside so the truth will manifest.

Time fools us all. Time moves so slowly to the point we barely notice changes around us. 1 minute,1 day, 1 week,1 month 1 year. There are a great many changes occurring every moment. The most subtly change is body composition. If any person gains 1.5 pounds of fat from the age of 22 to 42 that is 30 extra pounds at the end of that period. The 1.5 pound number is a general average for the united states, for some it can be 2~3 pounds a year at any time. Many of us in this modern society don’t exert as much energy as generation prior due to technology. I know this rang true for me.
I started a job where I sat at a desk and talked on the phone for 6+ hours a day. the most walking I did was from my house to my garage to get into my car. Within three months I gained 8 pounds. If that weight gain would have been allowed to progress. There could have been a world of health problems down the road.
I know with Television shows such as The Biggest Loser people are starting to be more conscious about their weight health.
I love the people of this planet and care how you experience this life. It is difficult to do so if you are diabetic,or have heart problems due to weight. I can broach the subject, but you have to do the work. Start slow with moderate exercise to be healthier. Cause I care about you.
Sometimes we get so busy doing things, making strides to progress that we never really get anywhere. Then There are time where frustration lead to boredom, then abandonment. I thinks it what we in the modern time refer to as A.D.D.
For me, I like to see my ideas have marked progress. There are projects that I work on and if they don’t progress as fast as I think they should the inevitable happens. They get less attention and die off. his is o so true in the blog, book publishing and podcast world. Oh sure we all say, I will focus my attention on ______ (fill in previous the blank), but nothing ever happens. We/I make excuses or postpone things until the importance in minute.
I am done, the sleeping giant has awaken, with the procrastination, the challenge has been accepted. National Podcast Post Month put a little email in my box spurring my energies to make what was old new again.
So I have to be about my passion, which is being happy, sharing happy, joy and podcasting. The last podcast I did, was January 2010, and ever since I have been wondering when I would get back to doing what I do, Positive Podcasting.
